Booking Policy

By booking an appointment you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to all terms below.

  • Deposits

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This guarantees your slot and our undivided attention.

  • Cancellations

    Must be made at least 24 hours in advance or the deposit is forfeited. We appreciate your consideration of our time.

  • Late Arrivals

    A 15-minute grace period applies. No communication may result in cancellation. Treatment time may be reduced to avoid delays for other clients.

  • No-Shows

    Full deposit is forfeited for no-shows without prior communication. Please always let us know if you cannot make your appointment.

  • House Calls

    Travel fees apply based on distance from studio. See the Mobile & House Calls section for full fee breakdown.

  • Pricing

    Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Additional services are charged accordingly. Confirm pricing at the time of booking.
